Tuesday was ironing day in yesteryear when they used a wide variety of irons to tame those wrinkles. Presenter Tammy O’Connell has a collection of rare and unusual irons to share, along with entertaining stories. You’ll see irons used in ancient China as well as irons meant to “impress” a girl enough to marry! After learning about these heavy (think work-out weights), you’ll truly appreciate our lightweight, modern marvels that give us consistent heat, steam and spritz at the press of a button, and even auto-lift!
