Event Details
Join us for a hands-on introduction to the world of essential oils and aromatherapy from local business owner, Suzanne Hurst. In the first half of this workshop, Suzanne will teach us about the fundamentals of essential oils, including what they are, how they're used, and the therapeutic benefits of aromatherapy. During the second half, you'll create your own Calming Essential Oil Roller Ball to take home. These convenient, portable containers blend essential oils with carrier oils for safe topical application. Simply roll onto pulse points like your wrists or neck for a quick and natural way to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and ease anxiety. You’ll leave the program with both knowledge and a personalized aromatherapy tool you can use whenever you need a moment of calm. Registration is required.
