Mixed Media Basics showcases the basic techniques and properties of different art media every other month. Join teachers Lindsey M. and Terry B., while you discover your inner artist!

In 2023, we will focus on techniques used to work with different art media. This month we will be working with Sculpey clay! You will get 4 ounces of clay to design your pieces in class working with different tools to create texture. You can design a handmade trinket bowl, charms for a custom mobile, or cool napkin rings! Take your pieces home and bake them in your oven, then decorate as desired to complete your creation. (Note: We will supply 4 ounces of white Sculpey clay for this class. If you wish to have additional colors or more clay, feel free to bring it in.)
