Event Details
Chair Stretch & Strengthen is a great way to move the body in a gentle way. We start by warming up the body and then move into movement, seated on the chair. Participants then have an option to stand (or can remain seated) for a few poses that will strengthen the body. We finish with a balance pose, followed by ending stretches.
If you are curious to see if this is a good fit for you, please come 15 minutes early and talk with Shawna. Participants are also welcome to stay after class to ask questions as well.
Shawna's focus is on gentle stretching and movement for all bodies. Each pose has modifications from basic to advanced and Shawna gives you options in each pose for you to feel good in your body.
