Reserve a Room

The Library offers several rooms that are available to the public for educational, civic, and cultural activities. See our Public Space Usage Policy for complete information.

• All requests to use the library’s rooms must be made on the application on this website. If you need assistance, please call (262)363-6411 ext. 4105
• A responsible adult member of the group needs to fill out the application. The same person needs to sign for the room on the day of use.
• Not all requests can be granted. You will receive notification when your request is approved.
• Non-profit groups may use the room for free. For-profit groups may be charged a fee.
• Study rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
