Cut & Sew with AccuQuilt
Are you interested in learning how to easily cut fabric for sewing projects and quilts? Cut & Sew with AccuQuilt will have a different project each month to cover the many features of the AccuQuilt Go! Big electric cutter and dies. Each project will go over techniques for the project and have a sewing component, beginners are welcome!
This month we will use the AccuQuilt Go! Big electric fabric cutter and Mitten die to cut out designs for our project, and use hand stitching or a sewing machine to stitch things together!
No experience is necessary; come and learn the basics of using the AccuQuilt Go! Big electric cutting system and a sewing machine!
This is an evening for ages 13 and up to create, learn and discover through hands-on makerspace activities to help you learn how to use the equipment and tools in MetaSpace 511. Projects will vary and are a great way to learn something new and create a fun project in the process!
- All supplies are provided. Registration is required.
- Space is limited; please cancel in advance if you are unable to attend so the next person on the waitlist will be able to have your spot.
