Mixed Media Basics

Mixed Media Basics offers beginning artists that chance to explore basic techniques and properties of different art media. This year, we will spend two months working with one media.

This month, we will have some fun layering paper to make a custom art project! We will use craft knives/scissors to cut out various layers of paper that when layered, create an intriguing artist design. We will work on projects that are 5"x7" in size. Feel free to bring your own paper if you have some specific you want for your project.

All materials are provided. Registration is required in advance as space is limited.
