Join Terry for the popular Adult DIY Craft class! Spend some time learning new techniques, working with new materials, and meeting great people in the community! This month we will be making hand-stitched fall felt garland strands! A kit will be provided for each participant that includes supplies needed to make a 6-foot garland strand featuring one of seven shapes. Indicate which garland strand you wish to make when registering from the image shown for this event. (Please note that the felt colors will vary slightly from what is pictured). If you have a different design you wish to make, indicate that you will be bringing your own felt, coordinating embroidery floss, and shape template. All other supplies (embroidery floss, needles, string, glue) will be provided.
No prior knowledge of embroidery/hand stitching is necessary to attend this class. We will learn the running stitch and blanket stitch in class.
Please be aware of the time change for this class. It now takes place from 5:30-7:30 pm.
