Event Details
Title: Smells Like Teen Spirit
Date/Time: Starting September 20th and occurring every third Saturday of the Month. Meeting times from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.
Description: Hey Teens! Wanna get fit? Come join group fitness exercises led by a certified personal trainer. Just because summer is over doesn’t mean that the sweat has to stop! Keep pushing for your goals and let MCL introduce you to ways to accomplish them! Nutrition advice is available upon request. After activity snacks and refreshments will be provided after the cooldown.

Registration Requirements
Due to the limited seats and resources available for registration-required programs, and the number of people on waitlists, please cancel 24 hours prior to the program if you're unable to attend. After two no-shows or late cancellations, your registration will be moved to the waitlist for future programs.
