This instructional program will begin with a performance by Danielle. Then it's time to get hooping! Participants will learn beginner friendly hoop moves through the 10-Trick Game.

We will bring out all the things: hula hoops, a pop-up tunnel, balancing pods, stepping stones, a balance beam, and more. Using teamwork, you create the obstacle course--the loopier, the better. Open to ages 9-12.

Earn volunteer hours, meet new people, and help make the Mukwonago Community Library a better space for teens! 

Visit the library and read a poem, picture book, or book chapter to a Therapy Dog. Meet in the Children's Area.  For families of all ages. Drop in; no registration necessary.

Open up the Pokemon Go app on your mobile device and join us for a walk around Washington Avenue Park, which is adjacent to the Library. We will begin our walk outside the main doors of the Library, under the portico.

Join Skye the Therapy Dog (dressed as a bee!) and his owner Kathy, as they share stories, songs, rhymes, and fingerplays in this storytime all about bees. Recommended ages 3-5; caregiver required.

Honor the importance of bees in our lives with books, games, and crafts. Fun for families of all ages. Drop in; no registration required.

Get up close and personal with a honey bee observation hive. The hive is designed to provide a window into the workings of a honey bee colony. Get a close up view of hundreds of bees at work without the fear of being stung. Caregiver required.

Kids yoga is much more fun than your average yoga class. We will play yoga games, experiment with fun poses, sing to yoga songs, and learn meditation and breathing techniques. Each class will combine fun and play with learning. 

The Page Turners Book Club meets the second Monday of each month at 1 p.m. in the library's Community Room.

Honey Heist is a one-shot RPG (role playing game) in which you create your bear character and balance being a bear with being a criminal. If you are too bear, animal control is called on you, if you are too criminal, the police are called on you!

Join Ms. Kim and her Amazing Animals for an interactive live animal show that educates and entertains. Stars of the show include lizards, snakes, hedgehog, chinchilla, and a 25-year-old tortoise.
