Kids yoga is much more fun than your average yoga class. We will play yoga games, experiment with fun poses, sing to yoga songs, and learn meditation and breathing techniques. Each class will combine fun and play with learning. Guardians welcome to sing and dance along!
Yoga for kids is meant for children ages 3-7. Guardians should plan to stay with their children throughout the class. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, the library has some to loan out but not enough for everyone. This class is taught by an instructor with a children's yoga certificate.
